Welcome to StatPotion — the game backend for makers. By using our website, dashboard, SDKs, or APIs (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms.

Accounts & access
You must provide accurate information for console access and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for actions taken using your credentials and API keys. You must comply with all applicable laws.
Acceptable use
- No abuse, scraping, reverse engineering (except where permitted by law), or security testing without permission.
- No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content or activity.
- No interference with Service integrity or availability (e.g., DDoS, excessive load, bypassing quotas).
SDKs, APIs, and quotas
Our SDKs and APIs are provided under a permissive license for integration with your games. We may set or adjust rate limits, quotas, and size limits to protect the Service. You must not share secret keys publicly. Client-facing (player) tokens must be treated as bearer tokens.
Pricing and changes
We may introduce or change pricing, plans, features, and limits at any time. We’ll post changes on this page or in the dashboard. If you continue using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms and pricing. Any promotional or beta features may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
Data and privacy
We process data to operate and improve the Service, including authentication, player saves, live config, and analytics events. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your game content and player data. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit your data as necessary to provide the Service. StatPotion trademarks, logos, and site content are owned by us and may not be used without permission.
No warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement). We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StatPotion and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (or $0 if you have not paid).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StatPotion from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risks for the Service, or for other legitimate reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, we may retain or delete data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Effective” date above and, where material, provide notice in the dashboard or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
